In the parable of the Two Builders (Matthew 7:24-27), Jesus teaches the importance of building your house on solid ground, not shifting sand. Here at the Wheaton Center for Faith and Disability, our work rests on a very solid foundation made up of three load-bearing elements: a strong biblical theology of disability, a simple model to promote relationships of belonging and flourishing, and a pathway toward cultivating godly attitudes toward those who are different from ourselves.
We share these foundational resources with you and encourage you to use them, reference them, and share them with others.
