Faculty Profiles

Originally from the Wheaton area, I’ve been blessed to know and follow the Lord for as long as I can remember. I attended Glenbard West High School before completing both a B.A. in Christian Education, Spanish (2019) and an M.A. in Outdoor and Adventure Leadership (2022) with Wheaton College. My first significant experience with the outdoors was also my first summer at HoneyRock, serving as a cabin leader in our Summer Leadership School (SLS) in 2016. Apart from a season living in Costa Rica in 2017, I’ve spent every summer since in the Northwoods serving, growing, and worshiping alongside our staff and campers; primarily serving with our Residential Camp program and over time expanding involvement to include Northwoods Passage and Wheaton in the Northwoods (WIN).

I currently serve as HoneyRock’s Youth Camp Program Manager & Staff Recruiter, meaning I have the privilege of building deep relationships and having conversations that matter with students and staff during the school year, and spend summers investing deeply in the lives of our summer staff, campers, and incoming Wheaton students as we grow closer to the Lord, together. All of this leaves me waking up each day with the refrain – “How is this my job!?”

When I'm not on campus or at HoneyRock, you can catch me on the pickleball court, playing a game of broomball, paddleboarding out on the lake, or working to improve my sourdough game.
