Students who are registered with LAS can renew their approved accommodations prior to the start of each semester or B-quad by submitting a Semester/B-quad Request.
The Process for Submitting a Semester/B-quad Request
Step 1
Log in to the Student Accommodate Portal using your college email address and password.
Step 2
Once you are logged in, you will see your Home Page. Go to the Accommodation tab on the left side of the page, select Semester/Quad Request and then click on the Add New button.
Step 3
You will see a list of your approved accommodations and a drop down menu for Semester.
Choose the current semester or B-Quad and a list of your courses will appear on the right side of the page.
Step 4
Click the button to review each of your accommodations and choose which classes you would like to apply them. Please do not select B-quad courses at the start of the semester. Accommodation requests for B-quad courses should be submitted no earlier than two weeks from start date.
Step 5
Click Submit and our office will send your Letter of Accommodation to your professors. You will also receive an emailed copy.
