NEW YEAR, NEW SYSTEMS!
The AIT staff, in partnership with numerous key stakeholders across campus, have been diligently working on upgrades to several of Wheaton College’s critical IT systems including: All of these projects are at various stages, some are close to wrapping up and others are just beginning. Where do you go to find info & updates on each project? We are so glad you asked! With so many changes forthcoming, we set up a temporary project dashboard is located on our main AIT webpage so you can easily find the most up-to-date information. It is linked below for your convenience. AIT Project Dashboard The dashboard includes brief, high-level overviews of the systems, FAQs, and additional links for more information. Refer to this resource as we move through implementations, migrations, and trainings between now and August 2023. Change is not always easy, but the above projects are necessary investments for Wheaton College to maintain highly functional, robust, and secure enterprise systems, helping us to keep pace as a leading liberal arts college and Christian college in a competitive higher education landscape for many years to come.
