Where can you get tech help?

Academic and Institutional Technology (AIT) is here to help! But this fall help might look a little different.
We used to have Billy Graham Hall B15 as a faculty drop-in spot each day. You could just stop by and ask for help with Schoology or recordings or any other tech issues. Now, with social distancing in place, we will not have any drop-in availability in BGH B15. The same is true of the AIT Service Desk in Blanchard 171—it is not available for drop-ins, either.
If you’re looking for help, you’ll want to start by calling the AIT Service Desk at 630-752-4357. They can work with you to figure out when would be a good time to schedule an appointment. You can also reach out to them via email.
