Feeling ready for the fall semester?
Whether you’re here on campus or still working from home this fall, we want you to be set up to succeed at work! One way that Academic and Institutional Technology (AIT) can help with this is by making sure you know where to go for technology help.
There are several different ways you can find help.
- You can call the AIT Service Desk at 630-752-4357.
- You can always email the AIT Service Desk.
- You can look up something for yourself in our knowledge base, called Technology@Wheaton Answers. For example, there is a series on Working Remotely packed full of information for how best to work from home. It includes tips for setting up and using GlobalProtect VPN and how to answer and call using your virtual phone through Cisco Jabber.
Take a few minutes today to look through Technology@Wheaton Answers, and maybe even add the AIT Service Desk phone number (630-752-4357) to your contacts on your phone so you can call us quickly.
If you have any questions, please contact us at ait.service.desk@wheaton.edu or call 630.752.4357 (HELP).
