Phones Intermittently Unavailable During Maintenance
Effective Date: April 2, 2017
On April 2 starting at 11pm, we will be performing maintenance on the campus phone network. During this time, you may experience intermittent disruption of the phone system.

This is a standard update that includes fixes for known issues.
Impact on College Community
Anyone who tries to make a phone call from a desk phone to an off-campus phone will be unable to do so while the maintenance is being performed. In addition, incoming calls will be routed through our backup system, and callers will need to enter the extension a second time before the call goes through.
We expect that the phones will be affected for 30-60 minutes between 11pm and 6am on April 2 and 3.
