Dr. Savage is passionate about all things French and Francophone, including history, literature, cinema and grammar. He has lived in France and has traveled to Belgium, Switzerland, Morocco, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Quebec and Vietnam. He was a guest helper with Wycliffe Bible Translators for two months in Côte d’Ivoire. His co-authored book Rédiger un texte académique en français, now in its second edition, is used in universities in the US, France and other European countries.
