As a result of completing the undergraduate Psychology program at Wheaton College, students will achieve the following learning outcomes:
- Students should know current research findings in human behavior (and relevant comparative animal behavior)
- Students should know methods of how to scientifically study or critically analyze scientific studies of human behavior (and relevant comparative animal behavior)
- Students should be able to evaluate presuppositions of prevailing psychological theories/principles and reflect deeply about them in light of their Christian beliefs and worldview.
- Students are encouraged to gain relevant hands‐on experience with applications of psychology in research, internships, or fieldwork.
