The Wheaton Engineering Scholars Award and Shuster award are given annually to promising incoming freshman engineering students. Both awards can be renewed pending good academic performance.
To apply for these scholarships, please compose a 1-2 page essay that addresses the following questions (Deadline for submission is February 20, 2024):
- Why are you interested in pursuing engineering?
- What type or types of engineering interest you most?
- What extracurricular activities have you been involved in related to engineering (clubs, competitions, etc.)?
- What do you aspire to do as a Christian engineer once you have graduated from Wheaton?
