Wheaton Center for Faith, Politics & Economics (FPE)
The Wheaton Center for Faith Politics and Economics engages in scholarly research and promotes discussion on core institutions of market economies, representative democracies, limited government, and human action with individual responsibility. Recent events included a panel discussion about the challenges and choices facing our nation in immigration matters, and a lecture from one of America’s most prominent economics professors, Mr. Kenneth G. Elzinga.
Wheaton Center for Faith & Innovation (CFI)
The Wheaton Center for Faith & Innovation provides opportunities for Wheaton students to apply and participate in the Innovation Scholars program. Innovation Scholars are trained in cutting edge Agile project management and design thinking and are given opportunities to participate in Innovation Lab projects. Innovation Lab projects are sponsored by corporations and provide opportunities for students to work on "wicked problems" to provide innovation solutions.
Innovation Scholars have opportunity to lead and participate in CFI events throughout the school year:
- Annual Fall Executive Forum
- Spring Redemptive Entrepreneurship Workshop
- Wheaton Global Christian Business Conference (launching spring 2021)
- Monthly Flourishing in the Marketplace Breakfasts (held every third Thursday)
