On the far west side of campus, you’ll find Westgate, a building rich with history.
Westgate is named for the “west gate” of campus and was home to three Wheaton presidents and their families: Rev. James Oliver Buswell, Dr. V. Raymond Edman, and Dr. Hudson T. Armerding ’41.
Today, the building houses the Alumni Association and Alumni and Parent Engagement team who serve parents of current students and nearly 50,000 alumni through programs like class reunions and regional events, and who keep alumni and parents up to date on College happenings.
