Ethics Complaints

Wheaton College expects its employees and students to observe high standards of ethics in the conduct of their duties and responsibilities. As representatives and members of the College community, we must practice honesty and integrity and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.

Wheaton College utilizes Campus Conduct Hotline and Lighthouse Services to provide simple methods to anonymously report actions that might constitute misconduct or violations of applicable laws, regulations, or College policies. CCH and Lighthouse are not a substitute for, nor do they supersede, any existing reporting methods or protocols for employees already in place under College policies.

Wheaton College policy prohibits retaliation for reporting or inquiring about potential breaches of College policy or for seeking guidance on how to handle suspected breaches, regardless of the reporting mechanism used. Any concern of retaliation should be reported to CCH, Lighthouse, an appropriate administrator, or the relevant campus department.
